Effective Date: January 1st, 2026

By booking services or purchasing any media products from Ahh Snap! Media LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), the client (“Client”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

All photographs, videos, virtual tours, floor plans, and related media (“Media”) produced by Ahh Snap! Media LLC are copyrighted works and remain the exclusive property of Ahh Snap! Media LLC.

No ownership rights are transferred to the Client under any circumstances unless expressly agreed to in writing and signed by both parties.

Ahh Snap! Media LLC grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Media under the following conditions:

• License is granted to one real estate agent or brokerage
• License applies to one specific property listing
• License is valid only for the duration of the active listing
• License is limited to marketing and advertising of the listed property

All other uses are expressly prohibited unless written permission is obtained from Ahh Snap! Media LLC.

The Client may not:

• Transfer, assign, sublicense, or share the Media with another agent, brokerage, homeowner, builder, stager, or third party
• Reuse the Media for relisted properties, rental listings, or future sales
• Alter, sell, resell, or redistribute the Media
• Use the Media for print, commercial advertising, or branding outside the listing unless expressly licensed

Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement.

The license automatically expires when the listing becomes inactive, including but not limited to:

• Sale or closing of the property
• Listing withdrawal
• Listing expiration
• Agent reassignment

Upon expiration, the Client must discontinue all use of the Media.

Extended use, relisting, or transfer to another agent requires prior written approval and may be subject to additional licensing fees.

All fees are for licensed use of Media, not the sale of digital goods.

Payment is due according to the invoice terms provided at booking.

Failure to pay does not grant usage rights.

Media provided by Ahh Snap! Media LLC is licensed for limited use. Ownership is retained by the Company. As such, services are considered the licensing of intangible rights and not a retail sale of digital goods.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Booking services or using the Media constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
